The ASTC annual general meeting (AGM) will be held via webinar on Wednesday 22nd November at 7:30pm AEDT (6:30pm in Queensland, 7:00pm in South Australia, 4:30pm in Western Australia).
The purpose of the AGM is to present our financial statements for the year and to elect a new committee. To register your attendance for the AGM, send an email to email@example.com and a link to the webinar will be sent back to you. The email will also contain instructions on how to join.
Using the Zoom webinar tool allows as many members as possible to attend the webinar, and includes an anonymous voting function for the election of the new committee. The meeting is expected to only take 30 minutes.
