Conference Registration

We’re very pleased to announce finalised pricing details for the ASTC Conference, on October 12 and 13 at the Savoy Hotel in Melbourne. We’re hosting a hybrid event with delegates able to attend in person or remotely via Zoom.

To book your spot at the Conference:

1. Go to https://www.trybooking.com/CIYKC.

2. On the calendar, select a date. Either Oct 12 or Oct 13.
   If you’re attending both days, select Oct 12, then select Conference Days 1 and 2.

3. Select either In Person or Remote.

4. Select the number of tickets you want to buy for each membership status
   (ASTC Member, Non-member or Student).

5. If you’re attending in person, you can also purchase a paper copy of the program. Note that a PDF copy of the program is complementary.

6. Click NEXT.

7. Complete the ticket details for each ticket you’re purchasing.

8. Click NEXT.

9. On the Checkout page, complete the Booking details and the Card details.

10. Confirm all the details are correct, and then click PURCHASE.

The booking system sends a confirmation email to the email address you provided, with PDF copies of your ticket and tax invoice attached.
